Glazed natural terra cotta with yellow rimmed bottom. Made in Portugal.
Hand wash is strongly recommended, and cannot go to the freezer. Can be used in ovens, wood burning ovens, on gas stoves, microwave, or grill.
Before the first use, submerge the entire piece in lukewarm water for at least 8 hours. Avoid using soap as it may block the clay pores. Avoid sudden temperature change. Start in cold oven or over low flame. Allow to cool naturally.
