This is a fleece jacket from RAB, an outdoor brand originating in the UK. It's windproof and offers excellent cold protection.
My husband wore it a few times, but is selling it because it no longer fits due to a change in his body shape.
The size is roughly equivalent to a Japanese men's L size.
